What does it really mean to carry anger? Most of us picture someone red-faced and shouting, but this message challenges us to look much deeper. Drawing from Matthew 5, where Jesus raises the standard beyond simply avoiding murder to addressing the very attitudes of our hearts, we are invited to examine the quiet, internal anger that so many of us have learned to live with.
