Paper Cuts

What if the thing quietly unraveling us is not some dramatic failure, but something as thin and seemingly insignificant as a paper cut? This message takes an honest look at envy, one of those sins we rarely confess because it rarely announces itself. It just settles into our chest as a vague heaviness after scrolling through someone else's good news, or a subtle flatness when a friend shares an answered prayer. James 3:14-18, does not soften the diagnosis. The wisdom that produces jealousy and selfish ambition is described as earthly, unspiritual, and demonic.
